Some facts concerning Ramil Safarov’s trial prove A.Vaskuti to be unjust as the judge and man:

• This is first time that the defendant has been assigned for psychiatric examination 4 times (!!!), with diverse results each time.

• This is first case in Hungarian history that a man is sentenced for life imprisonment for killing in temporary insanity.

• Ramil Safarov was interrogated in Russian language which he speaks badly. He was exposed to different kinds of psychological pressure.
  The evidence by those who witnessed the provocative actions of the murdered Armenian officer was not taken into account.

• According to NATO's regulations, the representatives of parties in military confrontation must not participate at any courses organized at the same educational institution of stay at the same dormitory. This paragraph of the regulations was violated by the NATO officials who organized the courses.

• Ramil Safarov's case was tried in civil court, whereas it should have been subject to the military tribunal in any of the NATO states.

• G.Markaryan (the murdered officer) had numerously insulted Ramil Safarov by desecrating Azerbaijani Flag, showing video recorded on mobile phone with Azerbaijani women captired in Khojaly being raped, and permitted himself to outrage Ramil Safarov and other Azerbaijani officers. THESE FACTS WERE NOT CONSIDERED BY THE JUDGES.
  Mr. A.Vaskuti ignored the documents proving atrocities Armenians committed in Karabakh, the integral part of Azerbaijan (Ramil Safarov was the victim of etnic cleansings). Why?

• Leader of an Armenian pro-governmental party Tigran Urihanyan has recently promised to pay USD 125.000 to the one who kills Ramil Safarov. Other Armenian terrorist organizations do not retreat a step and created a USD 500.000 'revenge fund'. Were these money spent to bribe the court members?...

• According to Adil Ismailov (lawyer), A.Vaskuti told him Azerbaijani Officer will anyway be sentenced to life imprisonment.

• Other Armenian officer had changed his statement this opportunity was created by judge A.Vaskuti.

• No solicitation by the Ramil Safarov's advocates was accepted by the court.

• No right of precedent was used. In fact, an Armenian terrorist Sogomon Tehleryan assassinated Taliat Pasha, former Turkish Home Affairs Minister on 15 March 1921. On July 18 of the same year Armenian terrorist Tolokyan murdered Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Behbud-han Javanshir. Both terrorists were acquitted as "temporarily insane" people.

• During Ramil Safarov's pre-imposition statement judge A.Vaskuti violated the procedural regulations and interrupted him not letting the Azerbaijani officer to tell everything he intended to.

• A.Vaskuti did not consider such mitigating circumstances as

  • Armenian atrocities which victim Ramil Safarov became in childhood;

  • Ramil's relaives were brutally killed by Armenian terrorists before his eyes;

  • Ramil Safarov was testified by his mates and course organizers to be one of the most disciplined cadets;

  • Two of the psychiatric examinations proved the fact of Ramil's temporary insanity at the moment of the incident.

• Judge A.Vaskuti's verdict concurred with the demand of the accusant which is a rare event in modern practice: usually prosecutor's demand is satisfied partially.

Dear reader,
These are some of the serious crying injustices taken place during the trial. It would take several pages to write down all of them. We'd like to tell you that the verdict regarding Ramil Safarov is not simply unjust. It also causes doubts concerning the legal system of Hungarian state and makes Azerbaijani people to think the European states' juridical concept is based on double standards.

However, Azerbaijani people believe that the conscientious majority of the Hungarians will not forgive Andras Vaskuti for his violation of elementary principles and that Mr. Vaskuti can gather himself up to express his apologies.

THE BUDAPEST AFFAIR

On February, 19, 2004 Azerbaijan Republic Armed Forces senior lieutenant Ramil Safarov was detained by Budapest police on a charge of murdering Gurgen Margarian, an Armenian officer. Both officers participated at the courses of English language, organized by the Hungarian Defence Ministry of within the framework of the NATO's «Peace Partnership» program.
Azerbaijan's Defence Ministry and Foreign Affairs Ministry presented condolences to their Armenian colleagues and family of the victim concerning this event. Ramil's relatives so far cannot believe what actually happened. As they said Ramil had always been self-restrained and steady, in spite of all psychological traumas he had in childhood. 26 February 1992 - Khojaly

Khojaly tragedy. This is one of the most brutal crimes against humanity.
Khojaly tragedy. Massacre equal to those in Hatyn and Songmi, repeated in Azerbaijan in 26.II.1992.

Khojaly tragedy. Genocide, committed by Russian 366-th motorized infantry regiment and Armenian dashnaks/fascists raving to carry out their anachronistic idea which they call “mez haik”/“great Armenia”.

Khojaly tragedy. The whole town and its suburbs were brutally wiped off the earth. Pleaded guilty of their nationality, thousands of Azeri Turks/Azerbaijanis were exterminated. Old men, women, kids were cruelly shot, scalped, burnt alive. All were violated while died. Many corpses were filmed with noses, ears, and eyes missing.

Khojaly tragedy. It is a glaring example of ethnic cleansing. An example of “civil” Armenians` policy towards autochthonic(!) Azeri Turks advanced in order to annex our lands BEFORE THE EYES OF WORLD COMMUNITY. With all these, Armenians always carry out their policy of terrorism and separatism, successfully claiming to be victims, protected by the stronger states.

Khojaly tragedy – is a sign to all Azeri Turks to be on call. This tragedy IS a voice of ancestors’ telling to REVENGE!!!

MOURNFUL INFORMANION

Scalping, burning alive, decapitation, pacing out eyes…. all this may somehow be associated with medieval inquisition, but it IS a fact. It’s fact that it DID happen in the town of Khojaly in Azerbaijan.

• 613 men killed (106 omen and 83 children) - (These are official data, but Armenian/hay sources contain much bigger figures more... )

• 1275 captured and 150 missing (according to European sources Armenians sell the prisoners` organs to some hospitals in Europe more...)

• 487 men crippled (76 of them under age)

• 8 families exterminated

• 25 kids lost both parents

• 130 kids lost one parent

• 56 men killed after incredible tortures

The town and suburbs were pillaged and brutally wiped off the earth.

Realities about Ramil Safarov

Occupation troops and terrorist organizations of Armenia committed violence, which is invisible in the world. According to confession of Armenian press, about 300 civilians and hundreds of soldiers of Azerbaijan who were captivated with direct presence of present Armenian president R. Kocharyan during occupation of Aghdam region were terribly killed by being wildly tortured. In 1992, Khojali city of Azerbaijan was destroyed by Armenians. In result of this occupation, 613 people were wildly killed; more than 1000 people were invalided; 1275 people were captivated, which there is no information on 151 persons of them till present. In 1992, Armenians cruelly killed 70 people including 6 persons 100 years of old and 2 children, and burned 7 women alive in Agdaban village of Kalbajar province. In 1992, Armenians killed just on the spot  76 persons of 117 civilians captivated in Fuzuli region, 40 persons captivated in Goradizli village, 29 persons captivated in Bashlibel village of Kalbajar region, and committed violence  against  corps. DONOR ORGANS TAKEN FROM HOSTAGES

Salima Hasanova, the inhabitant of Kelbadjar (now refugee), tells many prisoners’ (frequenty – adolescents’) bone marrow was taken, some of them after several weeks returned to the cameras without one or both eyes (p. 26)

Jabrail Gurbanly (Karabakh war veteran, Major, was captured in the end 1993, freed by the Red Cross in January 2000):

“There were 23 men in our cell beside me. 5 were old, the rest 18 were young (not over 35). […] Armenians taunted us every day which they called ‘quality control’. They drew blood from the healthiest of us. […] The so-called ‘quality control’ was held according to the best Gestapo traditions. We had to stand outdoors in frosty weather for several hours without jackets. Those who could not tolerate were deprived even of water for three days.

Some of us were hanged upside down in the boss’s room (“boss” was the nickname of the head warden whose real name was unknown to us) not letting to fall asleep. The most enduring men were examined by the doctor, which was absurd at first sight. more...
